폰뿌 개인정보처리방침

폰뿌(Phone-Ppu, 이하 "앱")는 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여깁니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 수집하고, 어떻게 사용하며, 누구와 공유하는지 설명합니다.
1. 회원가입과 직접 수집하는 정보
앱은 회원가입이나 로그인이 없으며, 이름·전화번호·이메일 같은 정보를 직접 묻거나 저장하지 않습니다.
2. 화면 내용은 수집하지 않습니다
앱은 '다른 앱 위에 표시' 권한을 사용해 지금 보고 있는 화면 위에 투명한 효과(금, 불, 개미 등)를 그립니다. 이 권한은 효과를 그리는 데에만 쓰이며, 화면을 캡처하거나 화면에 보이는 내용을 읽거나 저장·전송하지 않습니다.
3. 자동으로 수집되는 정보
앱은 광고 제공, 사용 통계 분석, 오류 수정을 위해 다음 Google 서비스를 사용하며, 이 서비스들이 아래 정보를 자동으로 수집할 수 있습니다.

이 정보는 개인을 직접 식별하는 데 사용하지 않습니다. 각 서비스의 개인정보 처리 방식은 Google 개인정보처리방침과 Google 파트너 사이트에서의 데이터 사용에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
4. 기기에만 저장되는 정보
광고로 늘린 한도의 남은 시간 등 앱 설정 일부는 사용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다.
5. 정보 공유
앱은 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 3항의 정보는 광고 제공과 앱 운영을 위해 위 Google 서비스에 전송됩니다. 법령에 따른 요청이 있는 경우를 제외하고 다른 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
6. 광고와 사용자의 선택
- 맞춤 광고 끄기: 기기 설정 → Google → 광고에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 유럽 경제 지역·영국·스위스 등: 처음 실행할 때 광고 동의 창이 표시되며, 앱 홈 화면 하단의 "개인정보 설정"에서 언제든 선택을 바꿀 수 있습니다.
7. 보관 기간
Google 서비스가 수집한 정보는 각 서비스의 보관 정책에 따라 보관 후 삭제됩니다. 앱 개발자가 별도로 보관하는 개인정보는 없습니다.
8. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.
9. 정보 삭제 요청과 문의
앱은 계정이 없어 개발자가 특정 사용자의 정보를 찾을 수 없습니다. 광고 ID 재설정과 앱 삭제로 수집된 정보와의 연결을 끊을 수 있으며, 그 밖의 문의나 요청은 아래로 연락해 주세요.
10. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.
Phone-Ppu Privacy Policy

Phone-Ppu (the "App") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with.
1. No account, no personal information asked
The App has no sign-up or login and never asks for or stores your name, phone number or email address.
2. We never collect your screen content
The App uses the "Display over other apps" permission to draw transparent effects (cracks, fire, ants, etc.) on top of whatever you are looking at. This permission is used only to draw those effects. The App never captures, reads, stores or transmits what is shown on your screen.
3. Information collected automatically
The App uses the following Google services for ads, usage statistics and bug fixing. These services may automatically collect the information below.

This information is not used to identify you personally. See the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
4. Information stored only on your device
Some settings, such as the remaining time of a limit you unlocked by watching an ad, are stored only on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the App.
5. Sharing
The App does not sell personal information. The information in section 3 is sent to the Google services above to provide ads and run the App. It is not shared with any other third party except when required by law.
6. Ads and your choices
- Personalized ads: You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings → Google → Ads.
- EEA, UK, Switzerland and similar regions: A consent form is shown on first launch, and you can change your choice at any time from "Privacy settings" at the bottom of the App's home screen.
7. Retention
Information collected by Google services is kept and deleted according to each service's retention policy. The developer does not keep any personal information separately.
8. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Deletion requests and contact
Because the App has no accounts, the developer cannot look up information about a specific user. You can break the link to collected information by resetting your advertising ID and uninstalling the App. For any other questions or requests, please contact:

10. Changes
